They got me in pretty quick due to awful pain - someone canceled their appt and jodi called me a.s.a.p. - Jodi is great - a pleasure to work with. Dr gilmer himself is good (could be a little gentler with the shots but thats the only complaint i have about him. I had a really difficult tooth to get numb and he made sure it was all the way numb b4 starting - took around 20 shots and probably an hour just to get it all the way numb. Now with that said i will not go back there as long as the bigger sissy still works there - she was an absolute B**** - she showed no concern due to pain - would not let me rinse my mouth out the whole time (she said they have no water) I have never been to any kind of dentist office that had no water in my 35yrs and ive been to alot! Also when i was all done i spit in sink to try and get the disgusting taste out my mouth. She responded (that gross - wash that out!) of course i did and did not say anything to her. That was just a couple of the rude things she did/said while i was there for 2.5hrs - i cant recall all of the rude comments she made but there were several - shes lucky i was very forgiving that day. She is the rudest/lasiest helper/nurse that i have ever met anywhere. Maybe she was having a bad day? idk but do not think so due to the way she spoke to the Dr the whole time. Now to make sure don't confuse this with the wrong sissy (sissy deas) as i knew her anyway because i went to school with her - she was great! OK - now it is around 6 weeks since i have had the root canal and and still experiencing alot of pain in the tooth - i have been trying to get back in to let him check it out for the past couple weeks and it don't seem as they are in any hurry to get me in! Telling me they don't have anything available for like a month. I guess they got their money so they are good huh? I am not very pleased with this experience!

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
