I can't believe all the BAD reviews this place is getting. 10 yeas ago, they we're awesome!! So nice,and took very good care of me!! WHAT HAPPENED? IS IT REALLY THIS BAD NOW? NEEDING DENTURES AGAIN. MY DOG ATE MINE. DONT GUESS IL BE GOING HERE.. WOW. I WAS EVEN IN A COMMERCIAL FOR THEM!!! WOW, FLOORED!!

This place is AWEFUL! Dirty, holes in walls, Dentist very RUDE! He files whatever tooth he is working on down to nothing, then when he puts in a filling it comes out soon after. And OMG he is deadly with the needle, he will stick you many times with no care for your pain. What is so sad is that he is only medical card dr. in this area. I don't recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

audubon on ivon cobb dr i feel has made a mistake today. I made appointment for getting parishals and when i got to the back all they had in my chart was...the last time i was there 14 months ago and i had lots of fillings that needed filling and the doctor sent me away to have a tooth removed cause i made too much noise but i was scared. I hadnt been to dentist in very long time and i had friend go with me everytime. When i left there i got my records and i did not go anywhere else for a while then a friend told me about someone that was very easy with his clints so my boyfriend paid for me to go there and i got unafraid of the denist. i had two root canals done tooth pulled and a few teeth filled during this past year. Then I had to go to bowlingreen ky to have surgery to get 3 back teeth removed. Now i was trying to get parishals but this doctor was mad at me for leaving i think ...He told nurse to tell me not to come back but i think i can at least hope i can cause he is the cheapest in town. Thing is i had the 650.00 with me in case they fitted me for my parshals cause the woman i talked to said i had to pay half then but i could of paid it all. So im really upset... waiting on phone call back now. thanks for letting me vent.

You can tell what kind of dental office this is when you walk through the door and that isn't a compliment. The office is scary and I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Never in my life have I witnesses such unprofessionalism in any sort of business much less a dental office. Sadly, the Dentist (Caudill) was the worst offender. My impression is that this is a dentist that specializes in low income (Medicaid) and feels he can therefore treat his patients as subhuman. I watched him (you can see into the other rooms) scream at a poor lady for flinching when he inserted a needle in the roof of her mouth telling her she had better not break his needle. As for me? Apparently his "go to" is to pull or cut out teeth. Every thing in his office is advertising different types of dentures so I couldn't figure out if he is such a "butcher" because he makes more money this way or he makes more off selling the dentures? In any case, I went in for an infected tooth and he told his assistant (not me, he walked in the room and never glanced at me) when looking at my X-Ray that I needed antibiotics and to schedule a return in two weeks to cut out my molar. I spoke up and told him I didn't want to cut it out and asked if I had other options. He (still not looking at me) started yelling for his assistant to get me out of there since I didn't want to take his advice. It was worse than that but you get the picture. I left and will never return to his slaughter house. Please, PEASE don't go to this place. Unprofessional, unethical and the most hateful elderly man I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with.

The front office clerk, Erin, I believe was very rude and condescending to me. Her attitude is very unprofessional and should be counseled on "Good" customer service.
