Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
