I will say that the eye exam itself was fine. It was as expected. I cannot say that it was any better or any worse than anywhere else that have I been. I went there because they were one of the doctors listed within the insurance provider's network. That is the last good thing I will say about the place. 3 months after I went in for a routine eye exam I was billed for an amount in excess of that which was charged and for that which I had agreed to when I originally went there. I have had to get the insurance company involved twice to which they told the insurance company it would be resolved and the insurance company even called me back to let me know that the situation was resolved; however, 2 months later they sent me another bill to which I refused to pay and this prompted a call from their financial department. Fortunately, I have an attorney on retainer and I will turn the situation over to him.
My advice is to stay away from this place and if you do choose to use them get everything in writing and make sure that they state and restate to you what procedure(s) they are doing and what they are going to charge you, and do so ahead of time before they put their lecherous hands upon you.
