Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. The Doctor took his time and asnwered all my questions on my first visit. My surgery went very well and Dr. Thompson even called me that night to see how I was doing. I felt very cared for.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
