There were signs, but they weren't very noticeable

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
