I would absolutely agree with the above review. Dr. Austein was unbelievably condescending and could not possibly have been ruder, BUT there are other excellent doctors there. Dr. Lee is WONDERFUL! Would definitely recommend her above all other doctors I've seen both inside and outside that practice....

Hello,

This was our first visit to this doctor's office on 6/5/08. We saw David Austein and he was a very rude. After telling my daughter to be quiet and rudely handling my son I called to complain. He made the situation very uncomfortable. I also asked another patient waiting if this is normal and she said that he is the worst doctor in the office. When I left I called to complain about my experience and the rudeness continued by him telling us that we would be better off by not coming back to his office. He did apologize but I could tell the arrogance in his voice. I do not recommend this doctor's office to anyone, especially David Austein. My email is lee.sanchez@gmail.com of you have any questions.
