This doctor was extremely rude. Throughout our appointment he didn't say hi or look at my son once. He also over charged us--even with our very good insurance we had to pay quite a bit for out-of-pocket charges. When I called the office to inquire about the charges, they told me that all regular parts of the check-up such as looking at my son's ears (to see if there were fluid) were charged separately under the name of "diagnostic pathology". We were left with the impression that this office just want to milk every penny out of the patients and the insurance.

No, the pediatrician is the only provider on staff

No. I still haven't talked to them.

I was running late for my appointment with my 2 week old newborn son because the location of the office is tucked away into some apartment complex. It took me about 20 minutes to find the place. When I finally found the place the doctor aggressively took me to the back telling me to hurry, he needed to leave. He looked at my son for less then 5 minutes, was extremely aggressive, talked down to me, raised his voice and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then he had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay for the visit myself because his name was not under my insurance card which was not the case. He then told me I should probably find another doctor for my son, basically telling me not to return again. He is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I am scared for the other patients who have to deal with his unprofessionalism. My son was 2 weeks old, I was dealing with a lot and this man had the nerve to treat my son and myself this way. It almost felt abusive. Shame on him. Fortunately, the receptionist was lovely and worked with me to change the doctor on my card to get the visit paid. I left in tears and vowed to never return again.
