When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. Not handicap acessable at all, did unessiary work to my child which ended up making him get all his teeth removed by acrwal dentist! I never got to meet the dentist, only the rude assistants. I feel lawsuit!

I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.
