I had a tooth pulled and it was totally painless, I was amazed! The dentist was gentle and explained the procedure really well, even showing me the tiny cavity and previous filling.

had 2 teeth pulled 1 week apart, both were extremely painful.. the second time the shot me with 3 vials of ??? (i think, Novocaine, the numbing stuff) and 4 shots of other stuff .. never told me what they were injecting into my mouth .. now i have a dry socket and it is EXTREMELY painful. they get mad when you complain about pain (Both times) and the last time as u see from above .. they get mad and inject you full of stuff. and now im in more pain then before the tooth was pulled

If you are poor, do not waste your time... I was led to believe my tooth would get pulled and I offered to make payments. I waited 3 hours to be told because I had a prior heart attack that I had to be refered to a "specialist" that costs even more...I signed their releases, not holding them responsible and even told them to not use anestesia since that was their excuse...no they wouldn't help me...my dear friend who has insurance and also needs dental work witnessed my treatment and has decided to take his dental insurance elsewhere...again if you are poor in Kansas don't waste your time.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

This place is awful. The first thing the wanna be dentist did was jump down my throat on why i havent had proper dental care. They took my money and thats all they did.
