This was my first visit. I did not have to wait long to see the Doctor. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The Doctor was friendly and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend/return to this office..

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The professional staff were excellent but the office staff is inept. They checked our insurance before we came, we paid what they said we were supposed to pay and then they called three times months later to get the information again after they already copied the insurance cards at our visit to finally bill our insurance. Then they send a bill for twice what they said was our responsibility. I have two more children that will need their wisdom teeth out and will definately not be going to this practice.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. My first appointment to have extractions was at 9:00 am. The doctor came in the room at 11:45!! The nurse was annoyed when I said I needed to vist the restroom before the doctor started because I had waited (in the chair) for 2-1/2 hours. My followup appointment was scheduled for 8:00am. In spite of horrible traffic I made sure I was on time. At 8:30am they called me in the exam room where I waited until 9:15. At 9:15 I left and will never go back. Poor scheduling and no regard for patient's time.

The doctor is very professional and made me feel confident about the procedure. The nurse was also friendly and made me feel comfortable. The front office staff does not seem customer friendly- I get the impression they are busy and not particularly concerned with making the patients feel welcome. They did not say hello-- just asked if I had an appointment, seemed somewhat disorganized and distracted.
