This dentist was recommended to me by an old neighbor when I needed a second opinion for my daughter. She had received a massive treatment plan from a prior dentist she had seen for 2 years. I explained my situation to the staff and they were very understanding. I was able to meet with Dr. Patterson to explain my concerns and why we were there and who had recommended him. He was very cordual and asked if I wanted to stay in the treatment area while my daughter was being taken care of. Dr. Patterson was able to connect with my daughter and put her at ease through all he did. The treatment he recommended was half what the prior dentist had suggested. Dr. Patterson was also able to take care of half of the treatment immediately and they worked out a schedule for the remaining between my daughter's finals and their work schedule. The prior dentist had her hating dentists and not wanting to visit a dentist again. Dr. Patterson made her visit enjoyable and my whole family will be seeing Dr. Patterson now. I want to thank Dr. Steven Burmaster for a wonderful recommendation!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was kind of friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. life happens and u can't call, u car breaks down and no phone u will be charge a 50.00 fee for not being there,also they will not tell u about a fee and there was somethings questionable about dentist.I wouln't support them
