They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning was disgusting. I could hardly bare it. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. After receiving services I received my insurance statement that showed the contractual amount I owed to the dental practice was drastically lower than what I had paid with their "estimate." Having this occur at previous dentists, I called to get a refund. They called back two weeks later saying the insurance just settled and I actually owed more. This made no sense considering the information from the insurance company. The office explained that there were services not covered under the insurance that they did not submit (including an electric toothbrush that I was specifically told was included as part of the service.) I disputed the charges based on the fact that no one explained the additional services were not covered to give me the option of whether I wanted the services (I would have told them to keep the toothbrush and probably cut out other needed services that they are just using for higher profit levels.) Poor service, no accountability, and deceptive billing practices.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.They are clean , equipment is always sanitized, which is sooo important . My family and I have been going to Dr. Marengo for the past 15 Years. He is by far the best in his field. Whether you are going for just a cleaning or need cosmetic work , Dr. Marengo will definately exceed your expectations and give you a great smile. He genuinely cares for his patients and his community. The outreach work that he does for those unable to afford dental Work and cleanings should say a lot about his character and love for people.His whole staff are friendly and they always on top of your questions or concerns. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist .

Dr. Merango is an AWFUL dentist. My husband and I had to end up finding another dentist to go to only to have to have them do alot of correction work that should of been done right the first time. I would NEVER recommend this dentist office to anyone. He is a very RUDE dentist and we will never go back again. After paying our bill in full before leaving the office we were later sent a bill about 2 months later saying that we still owed more even though we had a receipt showing a zero balance. All I can say is we would not recommend this office to anyone. The hygenist was very sweet but every time I came back to adjust my fillings it was always the hygenist NOT the dentist that worked on my teeth and she never did get it right. Come to find out the reason I was in so much pain is because for the next 4 months I had had a piece of very sharp filling lodged in my gum that my new dentist found the first time he looked in my tooth. Thank goodness for my new dentist.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I took my daughters and myself to this doctor (he calls). Always he suggests extraction, filling or something which is not relevant.
He did filling to my daughter and the filling caused her teeth infection. She was pain for few days and after some days she told me this tooth is hurting. I took her to home. He said cavity under the same teeth that he treated (!!!!). He suggested extracting that tooth. And he said that is the only solution. I took her to the other dentist; this issue was fixed without extracting her tooth and found that he damaged her living teeth nerve.

He is eligible to do his profession. He can be a good liar.
