They were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and I really appreciated the extra effort they made to make me feel valued and important. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
