The office help is extremely helpful & Dr. is very informative. He gives you all of your options and doesnt pressure you into anything letting you make up your own mind. He is an extemely good oral surgeon.

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I went in for a cleaning and usually cleaning are covered 100% but because they used a machine to clean my teeth My insurance paid nothing. They never asked me if i wanted to use this instead of the mannual cleaning and never told me my insurance would not cover it. In addition they summitted pre approval to my insurance for over 3000 of dental care that they did speak to me about as well as removal of a small piece of tooth left over from my wisdom tooth be removed that I told them I did not want to do anything with. It made feel they only cared about what my insurance would be willing to pay and how much they could make off me. The only reason I went to Konza was because it was the only office in my PPO and i didnt want to go outside my PPO and pay 20% more for my service. So know I get to pay 100%. They tell me there is no way for them to know what my insurance will cover. Well I had to summit my insurance card weeks before I saw them. But when they wanted to see how much 3000 would be covered they sure found out. I will not return I will pay the extra 20% in the future and go get good care in the future
