Don't seem to be interested in the needs of women reaching menopause. They frequently reschedule appointments at the last minute after a two-month wait for the appointment.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE at Capitol Women's Care. The staff is always SO rude. They roll their eyes and treat people like they are idiots. I am pregnant with my first baby, and was always rushed in and out. They would often tell me I would be seeing a certain doctor, and then change it and not tell me. I had so many questions, but the doctor would come in, do an ultrasounds or listen to heartbeat (whatever was the most expensive thing to do) and then leave without so much as a how are you or smile. I would OFTEN leave crying. I ended up finding a new doctor and place to give birth, and when I tried to get my records they sent rude letters, and even billed my insurance incorrectly for just ONE of my appointments so that I had to deal with all of that. For the ratings above it asks for my opinion on her knowledge. I don't know because she barely spoke to me. This practice should be closed.
