Over all I am pleased with this doctor. The staff greet you when you come in. Its clean and its a safe neighborhood. I love Dr. Bushrod my hole family goes to her.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They don't listen or try to help, just always was told no no no to every question and the staff sounds like they are upset when you keep asking questions in which you are suppose to !!!!!! I also can't stand when a staff member thinks they are the physician and make decisions. Poor customer service!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Bushrod since I returned from overseas 1999. She is a wonderful OB/GYN. She is a wonderful doctor to talk to if you have any issues. Her staff is wonderful, kind and very helpful. My daughter and I both see Dr. Bushrod each year for our annual OB/GYN exam. We hope to continue for years to come. My daughter is having her 1st baby and Dr. Bushrod will deliver her baby. If you just moved to the area and looking for a new OB/GYN office I highly recommend Dr. Bushrod and Kane.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
