Dr. Reno and his staff are great people who provide outstanding service. I highly recommend Dr. Reno to anyone looking for a new dentist. He is prompt, honest, and in my opinion the best dentist in Wichita.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
Staffs also gossiped about patients in front of other patients waiting in lobby. Terribly unprofessional. About the doctor, I had to remind him about my procedures and I watched him, many times, drop his instruments all over the ground while working on my teeth. Also, he messed up on one of my teeth and refused to accept that fact. He blamed everything else on earth and tried to convince me that the broken chip is fine. Lastly, this doctor cares more about money than the profession. A patient would be lucky to get 2 minutes of his time since he would quickly rush to get more patients in.
