The last time I was there, he made a diagnosis but didn't answer all my questions. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. When I ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer, but he usually will answer my wife's questions nicely. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better by not making us wait so long. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. I felt uncomfortable when he wrote a prescription, then changed it at the front desk. He likes to prescribe new medications when there are others that are cheaper. He won't refill from the drugstore; you need to go back in for an appointment to get a refill. I can call and get a same day appointment most of the time. Staff are very friendly.
