The secretary is rude, she accused me of not showing up twice, which is not true. She gets mixed up between me and other patients, forgets to send prescriptions, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, and very rude. I have no problem with the doctor.

Outstanding physician. Extremely knowledgeable. Explains everything and even calls you at home to report and discuss medical test findings. Answers every question fully. It is a relief to have such a physician, particularly after my experiences with my last physician who misdiagnosed me several times and even referred me to another physician in one of those instances for surgery I did not need.

Dr. Graves has been my doctor for many, many years. He always takes the time to discuss any and all of my health concerns. He is an outstanding doctor!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
