I have visited the doctor numerous times with my elderly mother. The doctor makes a special effort to speak loudly so my mother can hear him. He explains things well and with a sense of humor. The most important thing is he really listens to my mother and helps her with her problems by scheduling tests and making referrals as appropriate. My mother and I feel very confident that she is getting excellent care.
