Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Some of their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back (insurance related necessity, long story...). Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better, that insurance will actually cover.
