Wait time can be longer than normal. 1/2 hour to an hour until you see him is not uncommon. Staff is polite and helpful. Waiting room is large but very noisy and needs something to absorb all the sounds. Parking lot needs more than one handicapped space. Love Dr. Tate and trust him. He's been our doctor for over 20 years and has been known to go above and beyond.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Tate takes time to ask questions and find out what is going on. He is genuinely concerned about me and my family’s health.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
