They would not let us have our appt. for being 12 minutes late. I took time off from work and drove an hour and a half to get thier.

Eric J Ladd office personal were very rude with me after trying to discuss an invoice. Trying to get the facts straight with them was very hard. They over billed my insurance and sent me into collects only after a week of getting the first bill from them.

Although Dr. Ladd and his dental technicians are very nice and professional, his billing office is nightmarish to deal with. I agree with the first reviewer. I was put in collections BEFORE a month had passed since the initial appointment. The office manager was hostile when I tried to explain to her why putting someone in collections so soon was unreasonable.
