Excellent and caring doctor and staff. They have taken care of my entire family for years. Dr. Ebright has removed a cancer from my skin and helped me to go through all the treatment from it.
Could not recommend a better doctor

This practice now requires you to have a credit card and leave it on file and open for any and all charges they deem appropriate. You will NOT be seen without a credit card on file!

My credit card has a credit line of $20,000 so they could charge $5,000, $10,000 or any amount they wanted.

They said I would not be seen unless I left my credit card info open and on file. If I decided not to leave my credit card that day and not be seen, they would charge me a "missed apt fee".

It just shows it's all about the money. The way they are doing it now, I have no way to submit my co-pay cost to my Medical-Dental Reimbursement account because they won't give me a credit card receipt, which my reimbursement company requires.

What if I didn't have any credit cards? What if I wanted to pay cash for my co-pays? Paying cash wasn't even an option.... they wanted a credit card.

I love my Doctor, but NOT the office staff and procedures.

I am in the process of searching for another physicians office for me and my family.

I've had enough of the strong-arming and idiotic rules by this practice.

After being patients of this practice for 25+ years my husband and I are changing providers. Dr. Ebright is an excellent physician and we regret having to make this decision. Unfortunately on too many occasions we have been left feeling like a nuisance and bother to his staff. It has been many years since we have been made to feel anything other than a number to the office staff. We have had billing issues, appointment issues and had problems getting medical reports. Instead of being helpful the staff has been argumentative. The last straw is when I called about participating in the Blue Rewards Health program. First thing I was told was how much they were going to charge to complete the paperwork. Ok I accepted that. Next thing was how few appointment times were allotted to physical exams and then I was offered an appointment with a PA. I said that was fine and was told I can't just make an appointment that I need to get blood work first. To me it just sounded like they did not want to be bothered with this. When I said maybe I should just seek another physicians office the representative just said fine, goodbye. WOW..after 25 years, REALLY?

It's been several years since my one and only visit to Dr. Ebright, however, I do wan to warn prospective patients.

I hurt my back and was in terrible pain, and without examining me, or doing any x-rays, Dr. Ebright accused me of being a "junkie" and trying to get pain medicine, when at that point no mention had been made of any medication or treatment!

Needless to say, I left the office in tears and never returned.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I would recommend this Doctor to both young and old very helpful never have problems with talking to office manger or billing dept. I never have problems with anything about this office

HORRIBLE! Having only been a patient for less than 3mo, I'm grateful that I can heed the warning early on. At first sight, I was impressed by the fact that they accommodate both pediatric and adults family practice visits. I was even ok with seeing a NP versus a MD. However, I now understand why this clinic is not booming with business, PISS POOR MANAGEMENT! My toddler was seen by the NP about a month ago for her annual physical. When I booked the appointment, I requested something for later in the day, since my husband and I work full-time. "Sure, no problem", says the front desk clerk. About a month after the visit, I received a bill for roughly $27. I disregarded it, since I knew I paid my $10 co-pay prior to the visit and my insurance covers well-care visits. A couple weeks later, I called to request an acute appt for my toddler, and was informed that I could not book an appt because I had a past due balance. When I asked what the balance was for, they clerk explained that they charge an additional fee for "after hours clinic appts"... Really?! I proceed to ask, why wasn't I notified of this additional fee at the time of booking the appt.... the clerk replies, "there's a sign posted on our wall"... SO, if I'm not standing in front of this sign on your wall, how on earth would I know that there's an additional fee that you charge working parents for an after hours SCHEDULED APPTS?! What exactly would your NP be doing if she wasn't seeing patients during the "after hours" clinic?! If you want to charge extra-- maybe you should turn this "after hours clinic" into a sick-call, not routine appts to accommodate working parents- then blind side them with an additional fee.

Oh, it gets better. I received a notice 5wks after receiving the $27 bill, stating that they no longer wish to provide services to my family due to lack of payment. I pay a $10 co-pay for every office visit. From a management perspective, this would calculate to a total of 2.5 office visits to recoup your outstanding $27 bill. Every attempt I've made to speak to the office manager, I'm told, "she's out today.. I can transfer you to her voicemail".. still, no response from the voicemails. Point taken, if my past due $27 is putting your "patient care" business in jeopardy... I will seek care and services somewhere else. Just know, there are plenty of Urgent Care and Patient First Centers that can and most likely will put your "business" out of of business!

Btw, you should add a bathroom for YOUR patients. Sharing a restroom with the legal office next door makes it all too convenient to file a malpractice lawsuit after the office visit, just saying..
