Their chairs were comfortable. They're able to answer simple questions over the phone. Their equipment is modern. They were friendly and made me feel at home.

They don't always get the job right the first time. I had to go back and get a big 3-hour procedure re-done because of a basic mistake by both the dentist and assistant. They did fix it for free.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
