I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
