The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was comfortable. . I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was worth it.

I'm terrified of the dentist! Had a horrible experience as a child that got me for life. I had a terrible toothache that forced me to aspen dental. Let me just say that the dentist Heath is AMAZING. He made me feel very relaxed and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I did have some teeth extracted and through the whole procedure he kept asking if I was alright and how I was doing. He's the best

I have been going to Aspen Dental for almost a year. Every single time, the receptionists were kind. The dentists were nice and I had a fabulous time. That was until my most recent visit. Aspen Dental dropped my insurance back in 8/12. I had appointments for myself, my husband, and my son in 12/12. I went in three separate times and was not notified until AFTER all three appointments that they dropped my insurance. I called them and they said they "tried" to notify everyone who had my insurance but since my appointments were too far out, they did not catch my family. There was no sign hanging in the office that indicated that they dropped my insurance. They then told me that they could give me a 5% discount if I paid my bill in full. 5%? That's all really, for something that they should have informed me? Not only that, but in 12/12, my son had a minor procedure that I KNEW would not be covered by insurance. So obviously they had to look up that information for him. And my own appointment was AFTER his procedure. And I already paid a $500 for that procedure, which I willingly paid out of pocket. Now I owe a $600 bill for three routine dental cleanings. Had I have known this, I would NOT have gone and received teeth cleanings. Ridiculous. They could have at least told me after the first appointment. No, really. I went not ONCE not TWICE but THREE TIMES! This is ridiculous and I DO NOT recommend.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! It looked brand new

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Great Dentist, from the receptionists to the Dentist. Always helpful. My past dentist was always selling me somehting and I felt like they were after my money, rather than dealing with my teeth. Aspen dental is wonderful. I can make an appointment and get in soon, they never cancel and are ususally on time. I don't have kids, but they seem very accomodating to the little ones when I am in.
