They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

My son visited with Dr. Stanhope. I didn't feel he tried to get to the bottom of his weight issue. He just ordered some blood tests. When I called to have the office send the tests to me so I could review them before the follow up appointment, they refused and said it would only be confusing to me. I was very upset by this since I believe in working with doctors and not just being fed information they feel is appropriate. I was able to easily get the test results from the Nordx lab where the tests were done. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Stanhope was my primary care physician for over 2 years. Throughout that time, I noticed there were several appointments where I was rushed out of the office long before I could have all my questions answered, and when Ive mentioned I still had more questions, his normal response was “Just set up another appointment and we’ll address that.” Even when I went in for real medical problems, not just preventative care visits. I went to see Stanhope for a serious medical problem and he didnt bother examining me. When I called back to say that I felt I was rushed out of the office, and that I was concerned that Stanhope didnt bother examining me, the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Less than a week later, I received a certified letter stating Dr. Stanhope could no longer be my PCP, all because I didnt feel he was being thorough enough? It seems like that would violate his Hippocratic Oath. Patients Beware! WebMD has helped me more than Stanhope ever has, and its free!
