My family & I were patients at this location for 20+ years. And I loved every minute, until yesterday. My husband is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. And the way he was berated on the phone yesterday, about canceling an appointment a month ago, truly has me shocked.
He went from getting a reminder text ,( about an appointment that he had canceled a month ago) to quickly calling them to find out why his appointment had not been canceled, to being told on the phone that he has a habit of canceling appointments the day of (they pulled up an appointment for year and a half ago that he had canceled) to being berated about not returning every single one of their phone calls to him (after he had already left them a message.). And keep in mind that he works 60+ hours a week & had indeed cancelled this particular appointment a month ago. 20 years plus of appointments for a now family of six, didn't matter, all that mattered was this appointment being canceled.
I was shocked, so I sent them an email saying my husband didn't really want to return, after the way he was treated on the phone yesterday, expecting some kind of apology or explanation and I was simply told to let them know where to forward our (20+ years of) information.
What a shame, my kids have grown up going to that dentist and they thoroughly enjoyed Dr Neeb and his hygienists and now my family won't be back.
