They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They made sure that their qualifications were visible. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
