Scheduling is a nightmare, they rarely have openings. After $2400 + of braces and retainers, they told my daughter she can stop wearing her retainer until her next set of braces, but then her teeth shifted, so now her next phase will be even worse- we went through all that time, misery, and expense for nothing.

It made my experience that much more enjoyable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This orthodontist had a very kid-friendly office. With everything from magazines to TV's in the waiting room to games, I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go.
