I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

WFM is good at maintaining a high level of customer service. The staff was attentive.
Dr. Mohlie however has all the charm of a rock. He has often been openingly sarcastic. I wonder if I am getting the best possible care. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They were a little too argumentative . They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
