I'm giving it 3 stars because that's the computer selection, but if I had a choice I would give this experience a 1 star rating. The lost my daughter's dental xray not once, but twice--once for pre-op and once on the day of surgery. I should've realized the disorganization of the place when they handed her another persons pre-op instructions during our first meeting. They wanted to repeat the film, but fortunately I had made yet another copy and had it. The publicly announced they needed to do a pregnancy test on my 13 year old, then realized it was the wrong patient. She's a smart and brave kid and chose local anesthesia for extraction of 5 teeth, but the doc was in such a hurry he didn't even give her any warning about shots or what he was going to do. When he got some anesthetic in her mouth she asked for a place to spit it out and the nurse told her there wasn't any receptacle (good thing I wasn't in the room). There were 2 pleasant nurses but it seems the overall tenor of the place is pretty miserable and my daughter certainly was pretty shocked by the lack of professionalism. Maybe they do a good job with adults but if I had a kid who was squeamish or a little scared I would be concerned that the child would be treated well.
