Irrespective of the reputable skill of the dentist, I experienced insincere and egregious behavior, reprehensible interpersonal skills, and questionable communicative ability on multiple occasions from this office. This substandard level of service is unacceptable in a healthcare setting and contributed to irreputable damage. I cannot recommend this office to anyone.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dentist. I have never had a visit that went so smoothly and painlessly. I found Dr. Rubinstein to be beyond gentle, sympathetic and patient, and appreciate how he was able to see me last minute. He has come in on the weekends for patients who have emergencies, and you can't find that everywhere. Without a doubt I would recommend scheduling an appointment with him, as the work he did on my smile was life changing. I finally feel more comfortable and confident with myself and I have him to thank for everything! He works magic!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

DDS Sergio Rubinstein was recommended to me by my periodontist for a crown. I went for my consultation and he berated me for fifteen minutes for being a few minutes late letting me know how valuable his time was. He did not even know what I was there for, and he yelled at me for not having my x-rays, when his receptionist told me when I called to schedule the appointment not to worry and they would obtain them. I immediately left and was hit with a $75 consult fee. I later called to discuss the fee because I was completely unaware of it. He would not even speak to me on the phone, he told his receptionist to inform me that the year was 2010 and that I am stupid for not thinking I would have to pay a fee. I hung up appalled and shocked, worst behavior ever. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. My periodontist was also embarrassed for recommending him to me and all of her office workers informed me how rude is is to everyone not only me!!! PLEASE do not waste your time, he was also going to charge me $3,000 for a crown. NOT WORTH the trouble, trust me!!
