I'm disappointed with the insurance coverage which Dr. John Keller offers to his patients.
We have family of four and coverage is from CIGNA.
Since we move couple times across the country on the past couple years we changed the dentists couple times.
During regular preventive/cleaning visits we never had to pay extra, all was covered by CIGNA 100%.

Unfortunately Dr Keller's contract with CIGNA is not covering all of the charges, and is charging extra for the same service as other doctors across the country.

When I raised the question explanation was: he is out of network dentist and insurance is NOT covering 100%.

Did not tell me that before during first visit.

Overcharge was only 20$.

At this moment it is not about 20$ but about principle.

Today is 20$ tomorrow 50$ and one month later $100?

I just found another dentist near and even they not in network (same scenario) NO EXTRA CHARGE.
