Dr.Monzon is an awesome Dentist. He caters to new patients, with an excellent "bedside" manner. I am proud to call Him My Dentist.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Typical bait and switch operation with the wife as billing manager. Unprofessional and crazy rude. $800 for 2 initial dental exams, xrays, and cleaning... $800. Not to mention the lieing women behind the desk with crazy accusations and hateful unprofessionalism.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This office is more concerned with MONEY than with patient care. They need the EXTRA cash to travel to Puerto Rico maybe he should just move back there!
