I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. He will not allow you to get your medical records even when by law your are entittled to get them. He has no consideration for the needs of patients who are in a bad financial situation. I would never go back with my children and feel very sorry for anyone who does.
