They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
