They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Dr Payne has been my OB for 15 years and he is one of the best!! He has delivered 7 babies in our family! That isn't a coincidence. Anyone that I refer to him, stays with him. He is very personable, makes you feel very relaxed and doesn't push you out the door. He listens to your concerns and answers them completely. He'll ask YOU questions to make sure that he's got all the information he needs. Even my primary Dr doesn't do that! I have seen him on the news too talking about new systems and findings. He's very cutting edge. I have seen articles and reports online as well about current research and Dr Payne has been mentioned in a couple of them. I highly recommend this Dr! He is absolutely one of the best!
