I haven't had any trouble here. I never have had to wait long and my appointments started on time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

My family has been going to this office for a few years now. We went through three different dentists at the same location. They all kept leaving Village Squire Dentistry. The dentist/assistants did a fine job, but their office staff is quite unorganized. They don't have an office manager, they seem to "miss" the messages left on their answering machines...and then they blame/charge you for the missed appointment. YOU CAN'T WIN...and you get called a liar. Horrible experience!! I do not recommend Village Squire Dentistry in any town, especially Lake Zurich, Illinois.
