Great staff. Kept me informed on all procedures. Gave me printed list with my cost and insurance cost for teeth issues so I could make an educated decision on the course of actions and prioritize the activities. I actually fell asleep once during a root canal. Very comfortable environment. Family and friends tell me the same-except the falling asleep part.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. The assistant capt asking me if i am sure that i have cavities and I am 20 years old i sure do know that a cavity is and is not like it was my first time in a dentist office. The Dr. too the same way is like they want to talk to you as fast as possible so they can take the $32 from you for the evaluation. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE

Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be

Yes, it was fine

No, I didn't have to wait very long

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
