No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
