I moved to Slidell back in 1999 and started using Dr Culasso. Really do Like him and his staff. I highly recommend him to everyone. I now live in Waveland, MS and I still drive to Slidell to see him. I trust him!!!

I have been a patient for about two years and I have always paid on time. I even had a $27 credit to my account. I was sick and did not have enough money to cover the entire visit which was over $100. They made me leave without seeing the doctor becuase they said that they couldn't bill me or make a payment plan!!!! I even had a credit to my account which proved that I pay (over pay). I think that this office is not concerned with helping patients, but rather more concerned with how they are going to get paid. Their is no excuse to not help a loyal patient. I will be looking for another doctor whose main objective is to practice medicine to help others.
