Not a good place to go, if you want to get in for your regular six month check ups. Don't try to call and reschedule appointments either because then they are very rude to you. I really did not have any issues with the hygienist or the dentist. Most of my complaint is with the people at the front desk. I will never go back.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I have looked everywhere for a good dentist after a string of others screwed my teeth up. Dr. Kraft was so friendly, nice, and awesome! I got in immediately and on quick notice and she was so helpful. I was so unsure after having bad experiences with dentists, but rest assured you are safe with her. The staff were so friendly and nice as well! Will go here from now on (totally worth the hour drive) and will refer my family and friends!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They were able to see me on short notice, as I had a situation come up with my daughter. The staff was professional, helpful, friendly, and great with kids. The office was clean, not even any dust on the plants.

They were willing to see me the next day even though I wasn't a prior patient, but you can believe I'll be a regular patient now. I'm so happy I found them!

Dr. Chung is very gentle and kind.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
