I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I was so pleased with the quality of care I received at Dr. Kay's office. I had been afraid to go to the dentist since I had a bad experience as a child with a different dentist. The staff made me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Kay was able to fix my problem with my tooth and the procedure was painless. Now I look forward to my visits and recommend him to my family and friends

I normally HATE going to the dentist, but Dr. Kay's staff made me feel immediately at ease. The new office location is conveniant with lots of parking. The building itself is beautifully decorated and very calming. Marilyn is helpful and Jeanette is sweet. The little water features on the counters make it feel like a spa. Dr. Kay was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure the entire time. He was genuinely concerned about my problem and took the time to get to know me. He is very easy to get along with, and doesn't rush his work. I would highly reccommend Dr. Kay to anyone looking for a dentist! His office staff feels like family!
