They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I thought it was weird how unfriendly they were. I didn't feel welcomed at all. I've never doubted their abilities. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel inferior for calling. Doctor totally avoids interaction with the patient and sits outside the room on a stool on his computer relating info the the med assistant so they can tell you. They have a lot of appointments available because you are rushed in and out as fast as he can get you out the door. Didn't seem interested in helping me at all . Maybe he's friendly to his money making clients!!!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The doctor doesn't want to deal with any kind of infection of the skin. I felt embarrassed to have a skin condition.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Customer service was fine but the Dr. was soooo BAD, he just saw me and prescribed a bunch of stuff, I've suffered from acne for some time, he literally just sat on his bench and looked at me from a-far, he never examined my skin or anything! waste of time and money!
