Well, besides asking for money up front even if you have insurance, he then will not give you a refund after the insurance pays him. I have heard that he doesn't manage his office very well, and may have money issues. BE WARNED - DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY UP FRONT. They have plenty of time before your appointment to confirm your insurance with one phone call. And the ARE NOT BBB Accredited!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, but I never had to wait long enought to read an article. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They take my dental insurance. The staff is very pleasant and upbeat. I believe it is a laser they use to do the cleaning. No more horrible picking with a metal instrument.
