We have had good experiences with Dr. Holub and his staff. They know their patients well and interact on a personal level. They have done excellent with my special needs children.

I would recommend their services to anyone.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross. One thing that's been so annoying about Chester Smile Center, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. THEIR SERVICE IS NIL. THE DOCTOR HERE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHORT WITH ME. HE RIPPED MY TOOTH OUT, SLAMMED IT ON THE TABLE AND PROCLAIMED "TOOTH'S OUT!" THEN STORMED OUT OF THE ROOM. THEY TOOK X-RAYS OF MY MOUTH ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE, AND SPENT 45 MINUTES OF MY TIME AND EXPOSED ME TO RADIATION WHEN THEY ONLY WANTED THE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE. COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS BE SHUT DOWN ENTIRELY, OR THE DOCTOR BE REMOVED. NEVER WILL I EVER EVER BE BACK, AND I'LL MAKE SURE THE WHOLE WORLD WIDE WEB KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS. IT WAS SO TRAUMATIC AND CONDESCENDING UPON MY EGO, I CRIED WHEN I WAS IN THE PARKING LOT. NOT BECAUSE OF THE PAIN, AND CUTS CAUSED BY THE X-RAY, NOR FROM THE PULLED TOOTH, BUT BECAUSE OF THE BULLYING I ENDURED WHILE I WAS UNDER THEIR CARE. I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. JUST BECAUSE THE DOCTOR AND STAFF ARE HAVING A BAD DAY, DOES NOT EVER MEAN THEY SHOULD BRING THIS TO WORK. GOOD GOD, IT WAS LIKE I WENT TO EAST SAINT LOUIS AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THE MOST GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT IN THE CITY. SHAME ON THE SMILE CENTER, AND CHESTER DESERVES A BETTER SMILE CENTER. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW I AM UPSET. :(
