I was checked in and seeing the surgeon in less than 10 min. The office staff was very professional and Dr. Cheng is a great surgeon who does a great job explaining things

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located.
